LASER PRINTING

We offer a broad spectrum of resin possibilities and printing systems depending on the type of job

FLEXIBLE-Resin-OPT.jpg
Flexible RESIN

Replace outsourcing and molding of silicone, urethane, and rubber parts.

Use this versatile material to produce parts that need to bend and compress, especially over time. Flexible Resin is excellent for simulating soft-touch materials and adding ergonomic features to multi-material assemblies.

Ideal for:

  • Consumer goods prototyping

  • Compliant features for robotics

  • Anatomical models

  • Special effects props and models

Grey Pro Resin

Grey Pro Resin offers high precision, moderate elongation, and low creep. This material is great for concept modeling and functional prototyping, especially for parts that will be handled repeatedly.

Ideal for:

  • Form and fit testing

  • Injection molded product prototypes

  • Mold masters for plastics, silicones, and more

  • Jigs and fixtures for manufacturing

  • for Versatile Prototyping

Rigid Resins

Choose our family of Rigid Resins when prototyping strong and stiff parts that need to resist bending. Parts made from these materials are thermally and chemically resistant and will be dimensionally stable under load but will experience brittle failure if pushed to their limits.

Ideal for:

  • Jigs, fixtures, and tooling

  • Fluid and airflow components

Standard Resins

Clear, White, Grey, Black, Draft and Color Kit (15 colors)

Clear Resin is Fabulous for Jewelry designs where you do not want to cast. Great for fluidics and mold making, optics, lighting, and any parts requiring translucency.

White, Black and Grey Resins With a matte surface finish, opaque appearance, and precise details, Black, White, and Grey Resins are ready to use right off the printer. Their neutral undertone also makes a great base for parts that will eventually be painted or undergo other finishing processes.

Draft Resin Prints up to four times faster than Formlabs standard materials, making it ideal for initial prototypes and rapid iterations to help bring products to market faster. Parts printed with Draft Resin exhibit a smooth grey finish and high accuracy. 200-micron settings for fast print speeds, or 100-micron settings for models with finer details.

Color Kit a Full Spectrum of Possibilities

The first integrated color mixing solution for resin, not filament, Color Kit enables 3D printing in a range of colors without the manual work of finishing and painting. Field test product concepts more quickly with 3D prints that fit their environment. (15 colors)

Specialty Resins

Push the limits of 3D Printing.

Specialty Resins feature advanced materials with unique mechanical properties that expand what is possible with in-house fabrication on our stereolithography 3D printers.

Ceramic Resin great for Decorative Objects and Jewelry, it simulates the finish of ceramic creating an amazing finish on the object.

Rebound Resin (Ready Elastic) with five times the tear strength, three times the tensile strength, and two times the elongation of other production-grade elastomeric materials on the market, Rebound Resin is perfect for 3D printing springy, resilient parts.

Castable Jewelry Resins and Wax

Whether you are 3D printing try on pieces for customers, ready to cast custom jewelry, or masters for reusable jewelry molds, we offer a material up to the task.
